No one follows policies like yours; they have nothing to do with protecting the community and don't focus on closing fake accounts either. Many people suffer from this problem; why doesn't Meta solve it???!

My account was banned/disabled without a clear reason. I tried submitting an appeal, but the selfie verification process seems completely glitched.
Every time I log in, it asks me to complete selfie verification again. I have already completed it around 10–15 times, but it keeps sending me back to the same page.
After finishing the verification, it shows that my appeal was submitted on 31st May, but today is 5th June and I still haven’t received any response or update.
I have tried emailing, contacting support, and reporting the glitch multiple times but haven’t received any help.
This account is extremely important for me because I am a freelance graphic designer, and most of my clients and work opportunities come through Instagram.
Please look into this issue and help me recover my account. 🙏

Update: My monetization is permanently suspended.
Not sure what the reason is, they say spam and platform manipulation.
I never spammed. If it is removed because of some kind of content manipulation or something, there are literally videos where people fuck eachother, there are people who do hate speech.
I think they are removing south Asians and Indians from the program after taking our money.
There are many of my mutuals who got the suspended message today. I don't even think they even seen the appeal. They just might have seen the account from south asia or India and might have pressesd the button "suspend".
We are cockroaches to everybody🙇

A dormant account is untouched by anyone, but Meta AI is here, so you should definitely worry lol. Stop automated AI reviews for major decisions. AI evolution is good, just not in Meta…
