Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso’s statement reflects the political reality in Nigeria today. The popularity and acceptance of His Excellency Peter Obi across the South and many parts of the North cannot be denied, just as the strength and influence of the Kwankwasiyya movement remain undeniable.
This shows that Nigerians are united by a common desire for good leadership, accountability, and a better future for all.
Nigeria will be OK.

Ndi nkem Enugu East Senatorial Zone and our friends across the Nation, I greet you warmly.
Today, I stand before you as Ada nke unu — your own daughter — who truly believes in the strength, resilience, and future of our people.
Our people are hardworking men and women, resilient youths, determined traders, farmers, professionals, and entrepreneurs who continue to push forward despite many challenges while yearning for stronger representation and greater development.
Our people are not asking for miracles. They are asking for representation they can feel in their daily lives. Representation that listens, that is accessible, and that works sincerely to improve the lives of ordinary people.
After wide consultations with leaders, stakeholders, women, youths, and supporters across Enugu East Senatorial Zone, I am honored today to formally declare my intention to contest for the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to represent *Enugu East Senatorial Zone*.
This journey is about service, unity, and progress. It is about working together to build a stronger future for our communities and creating greater opportunities for our people.
I cannot do this alone, so I humbly ask for your prayers, your support, and your partnership as we begin this journey together.
May God bless Enugu East Senatorial Zone in a New Nigeria that is POssible.
And may God bless us all.
Thank you very much for reading.

The crack and implosion that will happen in APC would be terrible...
In the South East, there was dissatisfaction with the parallel congress.
In Rivers State, the incumbent governor is disappointed because of lack of automatic ticket and already scheming.
Also, top APC governors are already discussing with the opposition on power takeover.
But, we'll keep praying for Asiwaju 🙏

PRESS CONFERENCE
OBIDIENT MOVEMENT NORTH EAST ON 15/03/2026 AT AFRICAN ANNEX HOTEL YOLA, ADAMAWA STATE.
Distinguished members of the press, respected leaders of the Obidient Movement, coordinators, and conveners from across the North East, ladies and gentlemen.
Good afternoon.
First, let me sincerely thank you all for honoring our invitation to this important press conference. Your presence here today shows your commitment to truth, democracy, and the future of our country.
Today, we gather not just as members of a political movement but as patriotic Nigerians who believe that our nation can be better than where we are currently. We gather as citizens who refuse to give up on Nigeria. We gather as men and women who believe that integrity, competence, and accountability must return to leadership in our country.
In recent times, we have observed with deep concern the growing threats, intimidation, and attacks directed at our principal, Peter Gregory Obi. These actions are not only unfortunate but dangerous to the peace, democratic ideal and stability of our dear nation.
Let me state clearly and unequivocally: intimidation, threats, and violence have no place in a democracy!
Nigeria belongs to all of us, regardless of tribe, religion, region, and political affiliation. No individual or group has a monopoly over violence, intimidation, or political brigandage. Democracy thrives on healthy competition of ideas, mutual respect, and not threats and intimidation
The Obidient Movement is a peaceful citizens’ movement made up of millions of Nigerians across the country and different parts of the world—students, professionals, traders, farmers, entrepreneurs, and patriots who are united by one dream: the dream of a New Nigeria that works for everyone.
Our commitment has always been clear. We believe in peaceful democratic engagements. We believe in the rule of law. We believe in constructive participation in the political process.
However, we must also say that silence in the face of intimidation can easily be mistaken for weakness. Let it, therefore, be known that the Obidient Movement will never support violence, but we will also never allow intimidation to silence the legitimate democratic aspirations of millions of Nigerians.
The threats against Mr. Obi are threats against democratic choice. They are threats against millions of Nigerians who believe that leadership should be based on competence, character, and compassion.
History has shown us that movements built on truth, justice, and the will of the people can not be suppressed. When citizens rise peacefully to demand good governance, no force of intimidation can stop them.
Our message today is simple and clear: Nigeria must move forward. Nigeria must reject politics of fear. Nigeria must embrace leadership that inspires hope.
We therefore call on all well-meaning Nigerians, security agencies, democratic institutions, and the international community to take note of these developments and ensure that the democratic space in Nigeria remains safe for everyone.
To our supporters across Nigeria and the diaspora, we say this: remain peaceful, remain focused, and remain committed to the vision we share.
The journey to a New Nigeria is not a sprint; it is a marathon. But we are confident that with unity, courage, and perseverance, that dream will become reality.
The vision is clear.
The mission is settled.
And together, we will continue to stand for truth, justice, and a better Nigeria.
Thank you, and God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Signed
Hon Joseph Enan Maigari
Director of Mobilization Obidient Movement

Alert from the Obidient Movement Headquarters.
Information reaching us indicates that the IREV server is active but not displaying results that were reportedly uploaded successfully from various polling units.
All Obidients and Nigerians are therefore encouraged to remain alert and vigilant. If necessary, we urge everyone to peacefully proceed to Area 10 INEC office and karu for the collation process and observe developments closely.
Ensure that you have the accurate results from your respective polling units for proper verification. Let us remain calm, law-abiding, and committed to protecting the integrity of the electoral process through peaceful and lawful means.
Arise and shine, Nigeria — for a New Nigeria is Possible.
