An excellent transformation from a very busy professional. All it took was 4-5 Home workouts/ week and a diet that is sustainable to follow. Dropped HbA1c, improved energy levels and fit into his old clothes 🙌

@shivaXdrives Same goes for Break Pads of XUV 700. People complain about their life for 10-15K Kilometres, mine lasted 43K KM and still had another 1-2K KM of life left on them. They have no idea about Engine Breaking, especially in the hills.

here’s why skoda vw cars burn their clutch much faster than other cars, & how you can save yours: first of all, in almost every car, a burnt clutch is usually a driving issue rather than a manufacturing defect. the bigger problem is that many indian drivers don’t understand how turbo-petrol engines deliver torque. they drive a turbo engine like an old NA engine, & that’s where the clutch starts suffering. for ex, 1.0TSI produces 178Nm of torque from around 1800-4400 rpm. the engine has strong pulling power almost throughout the rev range. compare that to a typical 1.5NA petrol, which starts making around 136Nm at 4400 rpm. to get decent performance, NA engines naturally need more revs, so people develop the habit of revving them out. but with a turbo engine, you already have the torque much earlier. here’s what people do wrong: - riding the clutch: a lot of people put the car in 2nd gear at 8kph cause apparently *1st gear feels too jerky*. then the engine boggs down to 550rpm coming to a near stall and then they rev it 4500rpm for the next 20 seconds. now the clutch is doing double duty - trying to get the car moving while handling a sudden burst of torque. repeatedly doing this creates heat & accelerates clutch wear. - bumper-to-bumper traffic: the classic mistake is using half clutch + throttle to crawl through traffic. the clutch is not a speed control device; it is meant to smoothly engage & disengage. in slow traffic, either let the car crawl in 1st gear or fully disengage the clutch when stopping. don’t keep it slipping for minutes. - Hills: holding the car on an incline using the clutch is one of the quickest ways to burn it. use Hill Hold Control if your car has it, or use the old handbrake method to move off smoothly. - also don’t rest your foot on the clutch, use the dead pedal. i have personally done 15k+ kms in my manual virtus 1.0TSI without any clutch issues. And i also have friends with 22k + kms on VirtusGT manuals and 30k+ kms on Slavia 1.5 manuals still running their original clutches. at the same time, some people have managed to burn their clutch in just a 3k kms. so before blaming the car, look at how it’s being driven. a turbo engine rewards smooth inputs - treat it correctly, and the clutch will last. & need i not tell you that clutch is one of the most durable & abuse-friendly components of a car. so if you prematurely burn your clutch then maybe you’re the problem.

What a service by @volkswagenindia @VW giving away 4K discount for a bad quality Clutch plates which expires in 10k Kms, Also they blame the driver who has been driving 3 cars from past 16 years . Last 3 days no one even called from VW.

Maybe it's just me, but the public mood today feels a lot like it did before 2014. The generation has changed. Expectations have changed. The faces have changed. The slogans have changed. But the unrest feels strangely familiar.

This is the best @Mahindra_Auto car in the last 10 years with a buttery Mercedes gearbox and ssangyong engine. The quality of this car was miles apart that they had to shut this down so that people don't come to expect that quality of them ever.

@KOACHKAMALSAINI @tonymission That’s what I thought as the OP mentioned no involvement of Hip Flexors. Looks like a pure hip flexor movement rather. Thanks for the input.

My FBI agent gym bro showed me this exercise to target the lower abs without getting the hip flexors involved and I’m floored by how much it targets and burns. Using a leg extension machine, this is the single best way to upgrade the 4-pack to a 6-pack. I’m convinced! Try it.

Which car to buy now with new rules and policies in effect? Diesel, petrol or electric? - diesel has issues of 10 years scrapping in Delhi. - petrol with new ethanol blending. - electric with infrastructure especially in mountains and rural areas.

@jagritichandra 1.2 NA and 1.0 Turbo are quite a fuel guzzler. Diesel is quite economical.

@AnshulGains More than scientific acumen, I truly believe being empathetic makes you stand out and solidify the relationship most. Have seen the most well read coaches struggle because of this.

Lacking empathy is the reason no wants to work with you. I get superior client results because my clients open up to me. It’s almost never the diet or workout in AI world. It’s human touch, education and building relationships.
