@hardwarecanucks As someone who works in marketing this is not the case. Trust me when I say all the platforms make way more money on ad versions compared to ad free versions. This is just to comply with the EU directive where they have to offer a paid ad free alternative .

This is just the start. You know it. They're about to make the unpaid versions so bad, basic & even more littered with ads you'll be forced to jump ship or pay up. To hell with this.

@nicklmg Yup. As a broke graduate who just got a minimum paying job, I always cook at home and maybe once in two months treat myself to a dominos pizza which I go collect in person. But with the cost of groceries also going up cooking at home is also becoming very expensive 🥲
