$NVTS 15-20 Stock PT
Navitas just quietly leveled up its silicon-carbide roadmap again.
They announced a new ultra-high-voltage SiC portfolio at 2,300 V and 3,300 V, aimed at mission-critical energy infrastructure.
This is not “another EV inverter” announcement.
This voltage class sits in the heart of:
•High-voltage DC transmission and grid-tie converters
•Utility-scale solar and wind (multi-MW inverters)
•Industrial drives and large motors
•Traction, rail, and heavy energy storage systems
•Data-center and AI-infrastructure power backbones
At these power levels, every fraction of a percent in efficiency matters.
Typical silicon IGBT systems in the 2–3.3 kV class run in the 96–97% efficiency range. SiC devices routinely push that to 98.5–99%+, which can cut conduction and switching losses by 40–60% versus legacy silicon in many topologies.
What Navitas is doing with this UHV portfolio:
•Pushing breakdown voltage to 2.3 kV and 3.3 kV so system architects can reduce the number of devices in series, simplify insulation and creepage design, and shrink overall system complexity.
•Leveraging standard SiC advantages at the high end: faster switching, higher junction temperatures, and lower switching losses than IGBTs, which translates into smaller magnetics, smaller cooling systems, and better long-term reliability.
•Targeting “always-on” applications where uptime is the whole game. Grid assets, industrial infrastructure, and long-life storage do not get to reboot. Higher reliability and lower failure rates directly hit the TCO line item.
From a TCO perspective this matters:
•Higher efficiency means less wasted power and lower operating costs over a 10–20 year asset life.
•Smaller, lighter power stacks reduce capex on materials, footprint, and often installation.
•Longer lifetime and fewer field failures cut maintenance costs and unplanned downtime.
Strategically, this does a few things for Navitas:
•Moves them further up-voltage and up-value in the SiC stack, right into the utility, infrastructure, and industrial capex cycles.
•Broadens their story beyond EV and chargers into national-scale energy infrastructure and data-center power, which are both long-duration capex themes.
•Puts them in the conversation with the very small club of players shipping credible 3.3 kV SiC for mission-critical markets.
For me, this is one more data point that $NVTS is trying to own the “electrify everything” power stack from the wall all the way up to transmission and AI-scale infrastructure, not just the consumer edge.
Not investment advice, just how I’m reading the move.
My sentiment BULLISH

Interesting point, $MU’s valuation does seem disconnected from its growth potential. Market often lags in pricing cyclical tech properly, patience can reveal the upside.

@HolySmokas MU. It definitely has a long runway of high growth ahead of it. Yet it trades like a car manufacturer!

Navitas (NVTS) isn't just a stock—it's a quiet revolution.
While everyone chases AI hype, $NVTS is building the power behind it. Gallium Nitride (GaN) is 10x faster and 3x more efficient than silicon—and Navitas is years ahead of competitors.

$NVDA inclusion in Dow would mark the top of this whole AI bubble :)
This 140-145 zone on $nvda is what 120-130 was on $smci.
Once 130 breaks, 100 will come quick.
