@plankers Did the same thing a few years ago. Lost 40lbs just with diet. Migraines stopped and my annual sinus infections went away. I've figured out I can tolerate essentially a Culver's free scoop once a week for a sugar treat. Low carb tortillas are also extremely helpful.

Personal win, no meds, just hard work. Since Dec 2023, I’m down 23lbs, and today hit a PR on my deadlift. The bar + 40lbs 8 reps x 3 sets. It’s not much but it’s progress I’ll take. It’s also been 7 months since my last migraine episode. #wehackhealth

@vcixnv @SpringHillSuite So in a remodel of a hotel you have little budget and Electrical work is very expensive so you hide switches on lights instead. This is why all mid to low tier chains that do periodic style refreshes every 15 years are this way.

Fun little experiment. Decided to try charging my Tesla MY off a Forman 439cc generator. It has a nema 14-50 outlet capable of 31.25 amps for 240 Volts. When I first plugged it in, it would start charging and get up to 6kwh, but then stop. I figured out that I needed to drop the amps Tesla was pulling to 26A. Now it is consistently charging at 6kwh. Already gone up 3% in 20 min. Good to know if I ever need it.

Deadlift PR achieved. Bar + 20lbs, 6 reps X 3 sets. No weirdness in the back at all. Other Core work is paying off. #wehackhealth Baby steps 😀
