But as noted, Germany is one state - and Libya and Ethiopia with Somalia (=Italian East Africa) are the same color as Italy, thus post-1937 and pre-1941 when Ethiopia was occupied by the British.

@GarrettPetersen @Kurt_Steiner It’s 1938 - Czechoslovakia is still there although truncated as it lost Sudetenland to Germany and south Slovakia to Hungary that year (and was dismembered in 1939). Germany is one state, so before WW2. Tannu Tuva was incorporated into the Soviet Union in 1944.
