@ani0075saha Is the reported salary, which is an objective measure, wrong? From my first-hand experience it was even lower sometimes back.

Now this is one ranking I care about. U of Maryland in the bottom of the list here reminding me the 5 years of surviving in the very expensive DC area. So things have not changed much there! UC(SD) rankings should jump in fall thanks to the new rate.

@MountainOfMoon @ani0075saha I filled out the form for UMD there last week (It wasn't listed before that). It asks for us to use livingwage.mit.edu for gauging living costs. CP wasn't listed there, so I put in PG county, which was 46K. Which does feel kinda inflated.
