I am delighted to share the remarkable outcome of our recent collaboration in the kitchen at Scalda, working alongside the executive forces, including Chef Gastro-Engineering Martijn van Gemst, teacher René Colijn, and myself.

@ProjectNectar The results surpassed all expectations, leaving us truly amazed. The students' unwavering dedication and hard work, combined with the expert guidance provided, led to a resounding success that received applause from our esteemed guests.

Two chefs gastro-engineering (CGE), together with first-year students from the hotel school in the Netherlands, cooked an educational lunch on taste steering and texture modification for geriatric, oncological and dysphagia patients. #nutrition #CGE #ChefCurriculum
