It’s very strange that I had ordered a bracelet from @Melorra_com on 20.10.2025 (Order No. 110248192), but the order has still not been dispatched. Usually, it takes up to 20 days, but it’s already been 24 days. Even customer care is nt responding. This is really disappointing.

@Melorra_com worst customer experience. Had placed an order a month back on the app - the delivery date has passed and no customer support responsive. They are saying @BlueDart_ is delaying but now bluedart told me that they are not dispatching the order. Pathetic service

@BlueDart_ Very Bad service. First they did not deliver the package for 20 days and then everyday they are updating wrong address/ Consignee not available. No delivery attempt was Made . Again this happening second time. God knows where is the shipment stuck. Pathetic service
