sleeping with a thick mouth guard reallyyy helped me. i also give myself a full jaw massage twice a day every time i wash my face, like fully hands inside mouth massage. they sell a tmj massage tool on amazon that looks like a metal pen and it helps a bit. most importantly try not to eat any hard or crunchy food for a while

Hey guys it saddens me to take another day off stream. If you haven’t been able to tune in recently i’ve been having really bad tmj and it gets to a point where I can’t speak. It’s been keeping me up all night and I’ve been to multiple appointments where they continue to do nothing. I just literally can’t speak with this pain so I think the best thing to do is rest until it the pain is bearable. If anyone has tmj please lmk the best things to help the healing process. I’ve heard about botox but this pain just started a week ago so I feel as if it’s too soon for botox.
