we need your input. would you take a minute to think about this with me & Nati? we’re building something very precious at Casa Tilo. it’s a space for connection, renewal and growth. it’s having a real impact on people’s lives. it’s a machine that produces hope & trust & social fabric we’re making progress towards a viable revenue model but I can see it is going to take some time before we reach financial sustainability. it costs about €6k to €7k per month to cover the bare minimum operating expenses I have been wondering if we might be able to cover a significant share of those costs with a membership model. like, are there 200 people out there that would pay €30/month to be part of this? at the €10-30/mo level, I think mostly what you get is the feeling of contributing to something you care about, making it more likely we survive until the business is self-sustaining. there’d be some other perks like early access to events, or I could write a private newsletter sharing the warts-and-all updates from running this place maybe there’s another level around €100-200/mo which is a more substantial value exchange, e.g. you’re pre-paying for one awesome event per year I’m curious to get some data. would you buy a subscription for a year or two? what price point seems reasonable? what perks would you want in return? and have you seen examples of other community spaces working on this model?

no motivation to post anything these days. social overloaded by beeing forced into tight ass rooms with 200 other ppl in dense warm air.... all day and the lectures seat feel like in a Ryanair cabin ...my femur hits the front. and 50cm next to me is the next person not really a autism friendly environment to put it lightly
