Being honest with yourself is something I've seen most aren't capable of or willing to do. The next hardest thing after being honest to yourself is having the courage to face it and do something about it. I've learned this all the hard way but have now gone through it and seen the real world benefits. I can't believe the life I'm now living!

One habit that massively improved your mental health?

My Airpods Max broke last week. Since I‘ve had 2 flights and 2 train rides. Safe to say, active ANC is a game-changer and does increase quality of travelling… at least for me that is. Anyone else?

@LiamR_94 @rumilyrics That‘s a good one, I think more people should be actually realistic with themselves for where they‘re at.

Stopped lying to myself. The best way to do this is to keep a journal. Start with where you are, what you are feeling. Gradually write about what you want and who you expire to be. When you write it enough you will start to believe it, when you believe it, you will unlock a new state, which then changes behavior. It's slow at first but consistency compounds and over time you won't believe who you become.
