@ericsyuan I am user for 6+ years and have been trying to downgrade Zoom licenses from 5 licenses to 2 licenses for 9+months now. But zoom keeps charging me full. Raised by 5th support ticket today. BIL2121449 “Reduce Standard Pro Annual from 5 hosts to 2 hosts effective immediately"

@Zoom @uctodaynews @Zoom is making it very hard to reduce the licenses once in annual plan. They would not let me downgrade after 8 months. Renewed again citing some reason. Refer to zoom support ticket BIL2121449. This only discourages users from subscribing to yearly plan. @ericsyuan
