@vercel_support I cancelled my Vercel subscription and my project was paused. My previous subscription expired on April 9th, and I was charged $20 for a new Pro billing cycle (April 9 - May 9, 2026).

Heads up for teams using @vercel + GitHub 👇 There’s a subtle auth edge case where if your GitHub account gets connected to a different Vercel org, deployments in the original org can start failing due to broken OAuth linkage. Symptoms: - GitHub repo access randomly failing - Deploy hooks not triggering - Permission errors despite correct org membership Root cause appears to be stale/overridden OAuth association between GitHub <-> Vercel org. Fix: Re-auth your GitHub account in Vercel auth settings Would love to see clearer multi-org OAuth isolation here, this can become a real auth mess in larger teams

@vercel_support Prefill AI-Gateway. I can't submit after review and it does not appear in my dashboard 'No cases yet' I clicked start chat again and asking why I can't submit a ticket, it says that Im on Hobby plan and only available for Pro plan (contradict that Support is available for all)

@vercel_support @vercel I need some help on billing - Already purchase a domain and add a card (reflect on /billing) - 'Verify identity, add a card' shows on AI Gateway - Clicking add a card does nothing to the UI but same card added on /billing

Been working new dev & trying out @vercel. Interesting (kinda frustrating) situation, paid for a pro account but still at the hobbyist status. Can't get @vercel_support response to tickets and account on forum requires review before I can post. Stuck in waiting spiral 3 days now.
