Min kone har lige modtaget en fartbøde for at ha kørt 57 km/t i en 50’er zone. Ja, det er hendes fejl. En 50’er zone er en 50’er zone og færdselsreglerne skal naturligvis overholdes! Men når politiet placerer en fotovogn indenfor 100m af et byskilt *ud* af byen, så nægter jeg at tro på, at deres motivation for at placere den der, handler om trafiksikkerhed. Nej, så handler det om penge. Hvis det handlede om trafiksikkerhed, så havde de placeret fotovognen en kilometers penge tidligere, hvor der er tæt bymæssig bebyggelse og masser af sideveje, og ikke dér, hvor der er et enkelt hus og et havelokum tilbage. Men ja ja, så kommer der da lige 1200 kr. mere i statskassen.

@leerob I started working remote a few years back and on my own schedule. It's been a great transition as I feel more dedicated on the work knowing I can also choose life and other priorities on the go - knowing the client/employer trust me on my deadlines.

There is also a secret third thing less frequently discussed... Do both! I've been remote full-time for years but in-person every 1-2 months. When I'm in SF, I'm spending time with the team. And then at home, it's deeper focused work. Works surprisingly well for me.

Both of these things are true: 1. Remote work is hard and can be a bad fit for many 2. Office culture can be great and more productive Rather than ignoring nuance, just don't hire the person who needs office culture remotely, or vice versa.

@vercel_support I'm not entirely sure its a Vercel issue, but i've tried all. I recently moved my domain from northbased.net to .eu and 301 the domains in your system. @Google will take my sitemap on .net but not .eu; "could not be fethced", I even checked bot protect..

The irony when @ChatGPTapp generates an image an then refuses to remove the background because it "might violate guidelines". You just generated the damn thing...

I don't understand how people deal with the lack of AC and act normal about it in Denmark. It's crazy uncomfortable and not even all that hot outside yet. Serious sleep disruption. Misery. Why do people accept this as normal?
