I created fitfileforge.com to make creating workouts on Garmin easier. You type in the workout you want to do (ex: warm up then 10x400 then cool down) and you'll get a nicely structured workout sent to Garmin. You can be more specific - @ 160-165 BPM, 330-350W, etc.

I made this video with a Rodecaster Pro, Adobe Audition, and Final Cut Pro. Sharing for zero reason, honest.
