@immigrationgirl @USCIS Same here, Approved on Dec 3rd and still waiting for the card.

I have a number of clients whose EAD's were approved in December but they have not received the card in the mail yet. Are others experiencing this? I'm wondering if there is a delay from @USCIS

@immigrationgirl @USCIS @immigrationgirl @cyrusmehta Did you get a response for your clients? Customer service advised waiting 60 days before filing an e-request, which will take another 30 days, for a total of 90 days. All approved cards are pending to be printed

@immigrationgirl @USCIS It has been 35 days and I am still waiting for my card. If it is not received by next Wednesday, I am at risk of losing my employment. Is there a way to escalate this issue to the appropriate USCIS department ? Approvals processed between December 2 and 12 were affected.
