American has chickens but her chickens temporarily stopped laying eggs because they went through a traumatic experience For the first time in years she had to buy eggs. She bought organic eggs from Whole Foods She compares the egg from Whole Foods to an egg from her chickens. The difference is extremely shocking You would think because you’re buying organic from Whole Foods it would be very similar to a chicken on a farm or at your home, that’s not the case at all The difference is the nutrients density and diet. The difference truly is wild. Even when you think you’re getting the best healthy option, it still doesn’t compare to natural We have to switch back to small family farms
