Hey Ben, yeah it's because Toronto didn't have a chance to play on Main stage yesterday. We wanted to make sure they had the same opportunity other teams have already gotten. It sucks because FaZe/Thieves is undoubtedly a great matchup. But that's the reality with having concurrent matches - someone's going to be on Bravo.

I think it’s time to discuss the oversaturation of collegiate leagues. For our scene to step forward, I think that it’s important we trim the fat. We have some directionless leagues, and when teams get spread the competition is harder to follow and value is diminished.

@Pottsea_ The only reason we compete in ECAC is because necc doesn’t have cod and my school won’t pay for anything other than ECAC

For COD, I see four leagues with clear direction and target audiences. CCL - the true national championship, targeted to everyone NACE - the varsity 🏆 CXP Club Div - the club 🏆 NJCAAE - the juco 🏆 Playfly, CXP Varsity and to an extent ECAC lack purpose atp.

@BrianStats1 They could always do the pool play a day or two early with no fans also if that’s what they are worried about

Hopefully the right voices make it to leadership and explain the importance of pool play. 8 players just flew to London for a 45 minute match and then hopped on a flight back home, that needs to be avoided at all costs. Pool play would give us more matches, more warmed up teams leading to higher quality matches. More content for the league and a higher quality product. I fail to see any downside.
