@NWTelSupport I'd like an update on the progress being made with the Northwestel outage that is causing complete loss of services for thousands of customers in the NWT during a crisis. No news has been posted to the website and no timelines for restoration have been communicated to the public.

@TELUSsupport following up on the tweet I sent you several days ago, regarding mstdn.social (116.202.14.219) unreachable from any Telus fibre location due to an error in the routing table. Was a ticket opened for this problem?

@TELUSsupport could you please inform your internet technical team that there is currently no BGP/IGP route available from 172.219.80.* (TELUS-FIBRE-EDTNBXM) to 116.202.14.219 (mstdn.social). this internet routing table error has been present for the past few weeks.
