$RCAT I think Kerrisdale is not wrong to bring up many of its concerns, such as production capability, additional sales potential, etc. These are all things one should consider when evaluating guidance from management. But the nail in the coffin in this report was the discrepency between the $79.5m management claim for SRR budget in the NDAA and what Kerrisdale believed to be $23.5m. And I think they're likely wrong here.

Picture 1: they're looking at the bullet points showing $21m for SRR, and rest for other programs. But in the table above you see SRR is $69m. I think the correct way to read this is the other 2 programs are also being used for SRR, i.e. buying the SRR drones for both the COTS (commercial off the shelf program) and the Company Level SUAS program. See support in picture 2: the more detailed budget says even though funding is budgeted for 3 programs, the secondary distribution, which means the actual usage of the funding (as far as I understand it) is for SRR only.
