99-02 Shaq (I agree I think everyone does) 03-07 Duncan (I genuinely think you are slow) 07-18 LeBron (I think only Bron Glazers can say and believe Bron was the best player in the world in 2007)

@EerBeard @stoolpresidente Many people noped out to escape the strict prison quarantine in the bubble. Many players didn't want to be there and wanted to go back to the vacation they had interrupted for that intramural tournament. Real fans know the bubble gum championship deserves an asterisk.

I’ve never been the biggest Lebron fan but anybody saying his career as a Laker so far hasn’t been a major flop is doing a disservice to LeBron. Obviously we’re not counting the micky mouse And 1 Bubble tournament as a real title. So we’re judging him on just his ability to make the playoffs for a cup of coffee? To never be a real threat? Meanwhile MJ and Russell were winning titles at his age not just being cannon fodder for their opponents. So out of respect for LeBron and his legacy I refuse to describe his time in LA as anything other than a complete and utter failure. After all this was his longest consecutive tenure with any team and he didn’t win a title. He’s basically Clyde Drexler or Karl Malone Great players in their own right that never won. LeBron doesn’t even make the roster of all time Laker greats. It’s an insult to his legacy and the legacy of a top 5 player of all time to say his tenure in LA was successful. Although I suppose if he truly was a top 5 all time player would have probably won in LA right? Hmm. Tough to wrap my brain around it.
NBA Courtside@NBA__Courtside

Nick Wright on the debate if LeBron James tenure in LA was a success: “LeBron the record is 8 years with the Lakers, 7 trips to the playoffs. 2 seasons where they made a conference finals and 1 championship. And you’re going to have folks today earnestly genuinely try to argue that LeBron Lakers tenure was a failure. To which I would simply say or ask and don’t even add I’m not even asking you to add any age related qualifiers to it. Has Giannis 13 year Bucks career been a failure? Because in those 13 years, Giannis has 1 trip to the finals, 1 championship, and 1 trip to another conference finals and that’s the exact same thing as Bron in his 8 with the Lakers.” (Via @WhatsWrightShow)

31 year old seasons from “all time greats” Jordan: finishing his 1st three peat Lebron: 2 titles, 5 straight finals Kobe: 4th championship Duncan: defending his 3rd title Dirk: 2011. KG: 2008 Boston Olajuwon: MVP&DPOY, first of 2 titles Jokic: loses to Minnesota 1st round. 🤨

@iii_SHOT_JFK @AjTooClean No he actually beat no one in those years lol Explain the difference between a 48 win team and a 50 win one, multiples of 10 aren’t as big of a deal as you claim. A 48 win team is closer to a 50 win than a 59 win team. Both are (50 win teams).

@vibrahntt @AjTooClean Spoken like a true loser. Strength of comp has always mattered that’s why Dirk ring heavy and nobody rate KD rings. Go play video games with that non competitive mindset. And you’re right Kobe was on a rebuilding team for 3 years in his prime and still beat better comp than Jokic

@Alexand51765203 @wiseguyinsider @dpshow Prime? Go further. LeBron didn’t lose in Round 1 until his 18th year, and his team was super injured that year. He didn’t legitimately lose Round 1 until 2024, Year 21.

@wiseguyinsider @dpshow LeBron is older. We didn't hold Jordan not taking the wizards to the playoffs against him because he was in his late 30s. Joker is in his prime. Prime LeBron was not losing in the first round of the playoffs

@iii_SHOT_JFK @AjTooClean Why do Kobe fans love 50 win teams so much lol as if there’s a huge difference between beating a 48 win team and a 50 win team lol Kobe couldn’t beat anyone for three years after Shaq left

@AjTooClean Kobe beat 12 50 win teams in 4 years from 07-10. He beat more 50 win teams post Shaq than Jokic has in his whole career. But sure, comp strength doesn’t matter at all

@Buzzmvp @TheDunkCentral This has nothing to do with idolizing celebrities, you type like your IQ sub-45 so I’ll spell it out for you. The fact that you think it’s inconceivable that someone on the social status of LeBron James couldn’t have dinner with Dicaprio is hilarious.

LeBron says Leonardo DiCaprio told him about Once Upon a Time in Hollywood before it was filmed “I got dinner with Leo at Avra in Beverly Hills, and he told us about ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ before he started filming it. That was crazy. I don't remember how our connection started. I don't know if Mav [Carter] set that up, I have no idea. But I just showed up and Leo was there. And then Al Pacino showed up.” (Via espn.com/nba/story/_/id…)
