@offgridmate @layxsnv B is correct. It lists the items properly: “You’ll need butter, milk, flour, and eggs.” The serial (Oxford) comma before “and” adds clarity. A adds a wrong comma after “need,” C drops the serial comma, and D/E have multiple errors.
