Jet 2 - fight on plane, mid air. From Antalya - London Gatwick. Woke up and see someone getting punched in the face after being aggressive and shouting disrespectful & racial insults This was the aftermath, Pilot ended up landing the craft 2 hours into flight in Bulgaria to get local police to remove the passengers. Not the journey home I was expecting

@vicladyp @EastMidRailway Hi, the Office of Rail and Road (Gov dept responsible for railway safety) does not have a maximum capacity for passengers onboard trains, it’s down to the train crew to assess the situation and use their judgment

@EastMidRailway What is the capacity? How many people are allowed to safely stand in the adjoining passageways. I can’t complain if I don’t know the number that you have assessed as safe.

@vicladyp Once a train services reach a full and standing capacity the train manager will advise that no more customers are able to board the service to prevent any safety incidents. ^LA

@EastMidRailway You know the engineering works are happening, you still only put on a 5 carriage train and sell full price tickets for half the passenger to have to stand all down the train.

@Keir_Starmer The modern age should have a country that works, in all senses of the word. Clean and safe streets, reliable and regular public transport, healthcare that is accessible for all. Freedom from state control, state control is archaic.
