@Claire @ycombinator After reading the tweets about @ycombinator Demo Day, the comments made by female vc vs male vc were vastly different. Mainly, where are all the female founders? As a female founder who has considered the YC program I can say there is a feeling that they skew very biased...

On @ycombinator Demo Day, it's time to do better. 🙏🏾YC is GREAT for many. It's a rainmaker. I HUSTLE to help founders get in! But the hard truth is that a key reason YC diversity stats + overall returns are not improving is that YC has no current FT women investing partners.

@victorialeecase I don't understand. I'd recommend rewriting this to be more specific and tweeting with a poll with the 2 options "I understand"/"I don't understand" to crowdsource feedback.

@rexsalisbury Efficient for sure and I have been able to take meetings otherwise would have difficulty getting previously. Only drawback is reading their interest and pivoting the conversation to engage better.
