@EE just had a phone call to say you’re sending me a new SIM card because of the change of hands with BT.. they’ve sent me a code to use over the phone to confirm it’s you but I still don’t feel 100 sure it’s you. Why do I need to change my SIM card? I’m not upgrading.

@LloydsBank processing an application to switch and your process has crashed. I’ve received an email with confirmation of my chosen insurance benefit but nothing else. What do I do? Your switch ends tomorrow.. please help

@LloydsBank I understand what I mean is considering I have part of it and the email confirmation how do I go about completing it when it doesn’t give me an option to continue it just says new application. Is someone looking into the problem as it’s been going on for a couple of hours
