Your body learned to stay on high alert, so even with all those wins like love, money, and freedom, it still acts like there’s a fire to put out. It’s not fixed in a few days, and it’s not binary as you’ve been trained to think due to a technical background.. When survival mode ends, high performers often face burnout, anxiety, rumination, because there’s finally space to look inward. Looking inward is a whole different beast, but it’ll make you better long term.

@_mattwelter home charger is recommended imo, really reduces costs (only $26 last month for me, highest I hit was $80) . I’ve never had to use a super charger myself since it just charges at home overnight.. might need a electrician to wire it though (my electrician did it in 20 min)

ChatGPT helped me discover barometric pressure was causing migraines. Added a drop notification of <0.20inHg in the “weatherx” app and then putting earplugs on has significantly dropped migraine reoccurrence. Only one migraine has happened all year that I attribute to not timing earplug usage right + stress.

chatgpt for migraine management:
Yana Welinder@yanatweets

ChatGPT got rid of my migraine. Sharing because this could help ~60% of women battling migraines. I’ve been in migraine hell for years. Meds only half-worked, and the best “solution” I got offered was 31 Botox shots around my head. So I did what any product-builder does when hitting a wall: spun up a ChatGPT deep dive. What the model uncovered in <5 min: - Estrogen crash = migraine. Right before your period, estrogen drops off a cliff and can trigger the pain switch. - Patch the dip. A low-dose estrogen patch from Day ‑2 to +4 can smooth the hormone nosedive and prevent the headache from even spawning. - If one sneaks through, a fast-acting triptan (Rizatriptan) within the first 30 min stops the migraine 80–90% of the time. - You can also take a longer-lasting triptan preemptively during the same window to block any sneaky migraines. Why this matters beyond me: 60% of women say their migraines are cycle-related, and women are 3x more likely to get migraines than men. Unsurprisingly, migraine research is chronically under-funded relative to its impact. When the system under-studies half the population and fails to offer good solutions, personalized AI becomes a legit unlock. ChatGPT sifted a ton of papers, spotted the pattern in my symptoms, and served up a tailored plan faster than I could book a doctor’s appointment. If this post helps even one person dodge a week-long migraine, it’s worth the post.

reelfarm hit $100k revenue in 100 days so here's 3 lessons ive learned about making a successful saas business (so far): 1. be honest with yourself when i quit my $90k job, i was expecting to turn my current side project (decentralized social analytics platform) into a business, and after a month, i realized i'm playing in hard mode (super small TAM, payments in crypto, etc) and asked myself "do i really think i can make a few grand a month with this?" and my answer was no, in my heart i knew it would be very very difficult, so i stopped working on it to find the next thing 2. solve a problem that next thing was reelfarm, it started as a youtube automation tool for myself, just a local python script. was building this in public and a few people asked if i would make this a saas product because they would want to use it too (solving a problem) so i go ahead and make it a saas product, post about it, get some traction (not much, like $100 in 1 month) 3. dont let your ego get in the way in the first version of reelfarm (oct-nov 2024), lots of people kept asking if they can make content for their business and i was like "nah i dont do that" telling myself "they dont get it," (my ego getting in the way) and tldr i had an epiphany that they were right and i was wrong, so i pivot to making ai content for businesses and started to focus on solving that specific problem instead of making a yt automation tool if u like this thread give it a like, comment, and subscribe <3

@reindste @Liv_Boeree @waitbutwhy As he builds discipline using the two sided chess clock, he know longer wants to fuck around on TikTok so procrastination becomes the scatter focus tasks like email whilst the core clock is for deep work

🤷 Maybe it works after all, now 3 new customers per day for cbt.chat Renamed it to AI Companion as a test to see if it affects conversion MRR = 6 customers $9.99 ~= $60 $900 MRR potentially in a month if keeps going like this

@Timb03 fyi users can’t login via Google in embedded browsers. So marketing efforts via social media sites will be impacted. I had to disable google sso in those scenarios

Worth adding "Login with Google" to your sign up page? I've always been against it because of added complexity, but seems pretty popular?

More proof that so called "robotraders" underperform the S&P500 but with 10-100x higher fees Vanguard charges 0.03%, Betterment and Wealthfront charge 0.25% or 8x more Just buy Vanguard S&P500 and be done with it VOO in US VUSD or VUAA in EU
Taylor Crane@taykcrane

My @Betterment portfolio performance over the last 10 years, compared to the S&P 500. S&P +237%, Betterment +101% Is this an absolutely damning criticism of Betterment? This seems incredibly disappointing to me but maybe I'm missing something?
