@EtihadHelp hi I received a message today that my booking for day after tomorrow flight has been cancelled. My booking reference is EMBFXV. I can see that the flights are still flying. Can you please confirm that the my booking is still valid? If not, I’d like full refund ASAP.

@GulfAir I have checked with our issuing agent @JetabroadNZ I am pasting below the response from them which specifies that they have asked you for refund long time back and the refund is still pending with you. It has been a long time and we would like to know the refund status.

@GulfAir regarding my booking for travel in April 2020 where flights were cancelled because of the pandemic, booking number HHIFMD. I am still waiting for the refund which the third party Jetabroad has already claimed but receive no response from you. 6 months is a long time.

Hi @ukhomeoffice - regarding my visa application number UKVI_2JAA014479250, applied in June, submitted documents in first week of September through IDV app, haven’t heard back anything. People who applied after me and had physical appointments have already got the decisions.
