Seeing many posts on TL on Hindu practices around #Menstruation with many claiming there is no basis in Hindu texts for practices such as not cooking food or not undertaking ritualistic activities including visiting temples during monthly periods. There are also those who view these practices as anti-women by misunderstanding Ritual prescription as moral judgement.
