Athleisure brands are like, please pay 3000 rs for 100 grams of recycled plastic bottles. Is there a single brand which is not into this scam?

From innerwear to outerwear, most online D2C brands feel more similar than different. Experience Wellbi once, you’ll instantly feel the difference from day one. And with every wear, you’ll probably end up loving it a little more.

A month after relaunching UP&RUN, a founder of a massive protein brand tasted our Mangosteen flavour and told me to kill it. "Nobody knows this fruit. Stick to Watermelon. Orange. The safe stuff." Moral of the story: Opinions are free. While you realize that everyone is limited to their own experience which becomes their version of truth. -- P.S. We've almost stocked out of Mangosteen on our website, new stock incoming this week.

It’s time you figured out if you actually need UP&RUN or not. The first objection I always hear “Oh this has a lot of sodium.” And in my head, I’m thinking Cool. What’s your sweat rate? What’s your sodium loss per hour? Because without that, this opinion is just baseless. So we built something most brands don’t bother with. A Sodium Loss Calculator. No guesswork. No fear-mongering. No generic “one sachet fits all” nonsense. Now you can find out for yourself: • How much sodium you lose • Whether plain water is enough • Or whether UP&RUN even makes sense for your body UP&RUN isn’t for everyone. And that’s exactly the point. You’ll find this tool on our product page. Is it 100% lab-grade perfect? No. Is it the closest, most practical tool out there for real people? Absolutely. Honestly, not sure why brands haven’t done this sooner. But I’ll proudly say this anyway: We built it first. For our consumers. And yes, other brands are welcome to copy it. Hydration shouldn’t be marketing-led. It should be math-led. Now go check your numbers.

Guys, I’ve started talking more about the product and the business on camera. I know there’s room to improve, be less shy, but I’m hoping it gets better with time. Would love your feedback. Thanks for this @ShaistaBharwani

One thing I’ve learned while running a startup: when you mess up, reach out to customers and tell them exactly what happened. Be honest and the first one to reach out. You’re human, and you will make mistakes. Here’s how we broke twice and recovered. Our first batch had lumps. The second batch looked perfect, but over time the taste changed, the texture changed, and the experience turned bad. Moisture inside the sachet was being absorbed by the very salts meant to retain water in your body. The product worked, but it felt broken. Batch 1 50% rejection rate because the manufacturer substituted packaging quality. I was new and bootstrapped. I walked away, NDA didn't help, took lakhs of loss, replaced orders, and lost most of our early users. Batch 2 Packaging was fixed. Manufacturing wasn’t. The facility had sub-par humidity control and was built for protein powders, not hydration salts. The taste and efficacy were fine, but the lumps made it unusable from a user’s point of view. We stopped selling the moment complaints started. Why didn’t we catch it earlier? The packaging was sealed perfectly. We couldn’t open pouches to check. Random testing showed only a 5% rejection rate. Bad probability went against us. Batch 3 Nine months later. Late, but stronger. No lumps. Near-zero rejections. Repeat rate moved from 17% to 35%. That’s why our first product is called Advance. We improved with every batch until it was right. I wrote honest emails to customers from the first two batches, owned the mistakes, and asked for another chance. This isn’t a sob story but lesson in building with honesty.

Why on earth we Indians doesnt have basic civic sense, is this so hard to practice normal civic etiquettes. The car driver fled from the scene, pathetic.... Lets pledge this Independence day to practice basic civic etiquettes on day to day basis.... #civicsense #IndependenceDay

I am delighted to inform you that our debut book, The Health and Wealth Paradox, is now officially available for pre-order. In The Health and Wealth Paradox, we present a unique set of first principles. Is there a set of principles, which, when consistently applied, can help you attain both goals? What if you could cut through the noise and decode nutrition labels and financial statements with ease? How can you harness the power of compounding in your fitness and investing journey? These principles of health and wealth are so deeply intertwined that one can learn from either discipline and apply those lessons to both. Based on our combined experiences in overcoming lifestyle diseases, creating sustainable patterns of healthy eating and workouts without compromising on occasional binges, and building a robust investment process for wealth creation, we aim to bust popular myths, provide an actionable toolkit, and bring sanity back to the lives of many who have given up on the idea of having health and wealth together. Pre order your copy today :) amzn.to/4e2OBIF @mihir_patki @unbridledbliss @HarperCollinsIN

First day of the Frido Barefoot Shoe Sock Experience and it was an incredible one. It didn't feel like I'm wearing anything, yet it felt like the perfect amount of cushioning. It also passed my standard litmus test for a barefoot shoe in the fourth video ✅️ The Tibialis raise, which requires decent cushioning for the ankle to fit perfectly in the machine, no issue with this shoe sock which fit perfectly. It passed the test with flying colours. I see no reason why this shoe can't be my default lifting shoe over the long term. Remains to be seen how it goes during work and runs.

@ganeshsonawane Good to hear that Frido is working towards zero drop shoes. As a lawyer need to wear formal shoes for nearly 9-10 hrs and my current shoe is from legwork. Searched a lot about zero drop but didnt found any option in India.

Introducing Frido formal shoes prototypes 👞. When you get used to toes being free, one can never go back to pointy formals. They are zero drop too and very light weight, made from Italian leather and Frido memory foam insoles inside. Two styles in video and images below, let me know if you are interested to try out, we can do dark brown as well. This will cost in 5 digits but here is a catch, we can give 10 of you to try for free and get quality feedback, all you need to do is mention about your office use and existing formals issues, interesting ones will be selected. And RT please!🙏 Note that it can take a month+ for these to reach you once winners list is finalised in a couple of days!

Testing Andune barefoot shoes. First Indian brand with a proper low drop, wide toe box shoe with a non toe aesthetic. Will need to use for a while before a full fledged analysis between these shoes and imported ones. But loving it so far.

It makes me smile every time I see someone celebrating doing a 2-3 hour jog with no problem. Once you start banging out these slow long runs regularly, you’ve laid the foundation for success in distance running. Simple but not easy. Take your time getting there.
