@AmericanAir Schedule changes are understandable, but having no reason is not. I already got rebooked but 11 days later. And still there is no clear communication if that flight will actually fly. I would rather go with other airlines which can provide certainty.

@AmericanAir DM sent with details. BTW- it was not a call drop, agent didn’t know what to do so she disconnected. I actually got a survey to fill out at end of call which interestingly didn’t accept option 3 as response (dissatisfied with experience). It’s a smart system!

@AmericanAir So you cancel the flight with no explanation and when I call customer service for help, they put me on hold and disconnect the call. What a great service!

@DGCAIndia where can one find all approved international flights to India and their schedules? American Airlines announced starting of non-stop service between jfk-del, but it is listed as pending government approval?

100+ people with tickets are stranded at 3pm when dmv closed!

@NJ_MVC @GovMurphy what a shameful experience. Arrived at s. Planfield Location before 6am, got my number at 9:35 (a165), it’s 2:27pm, recieved no text and all people after #140 are still waiting. Is this how progressive states operate? Wasted whole day to get license.

@idea_cares Worst customer care that I have seen ever. Trying to resolve international roaming unauthorized charges with the team for over a month now for 75+ year old senior citizen, only thing the customer care can offer is excuses and another team to contact. No regard at all.
