A ₹55,000 parcel booked via @Delhivery has been wrongly delivered to someone else due to clear operational negligence. And then they market it lost and compensating 1000 Rs for 55,000 INR worth parcel. 📌ATTACHING THE PARCEL PHOTOS - 1️⃣st - what we sent . ( SEE THE SMILE ON THE FACE OF DELIVERY BOY BY DOING THE SCAM ) 2️⃣nd what we got. 3️⃣rd - delhivery confirmed that this is their mistake to delivered incorrectly. 4️⃣th - And then They mark it lost. I have all shipment proofs, tracking details, and communication records. I have already raised complaints via email and support, but there has been no proper resolution or update so far. @Delhivery @help_delhivery IS IT JOKE FOR YOU GUYS ? TO DO THIS ?? Really disappointed with @delhivery . My order was supposed to be delivered on 6 May 2026, but now it's been pushed to 7 May without any proper reason. This kind of delay is unacceptable when customers plan based on the promised date. Please fix this #DeliveryDelay #delhivery
