@MoPNG_eSeva But my point is that when my cylinder was supposed to be delivered on 5th and you failed to deliver it, why the burden of ‘effective cost on the prevailing’ today, is falling upon me, the consumer? You failed to deliver it on 5th, then 6th and then 7th. Why am I bearing it?

@BPCLimited my booking was done on 4th March and invoice from your dealer ‘Jyoti Gas’ in Versova, was raised on 5th March. The cylinder got delivered today on 8th finally and I was given a cash memo of 913 rs. Why am I being forced to overpay? Check your e-invoice.

@UIDAIMumbai @UIDAI my sons aadhaar has his surname first and first name as last, for some reason. How can we get this updated and corrected? We have his birth certificate and 10th mark sheet. Why you don’t have easier process to get this done? Agents asks for 500 rs for this.

We gave up and went to private agent to get it done. They said biometrics, photo and address cant be updated at the same time. So they updated the 1st two and now for address, they are again asking for 500. How does a citizen avail services without hassle, on your app/site?

@UIDAI i would so so appreciate your help. We are trying to update our kids aadhaar Address. He is already linked with his mothers aadhaar. We tried 2 times on your official website, it failed, after successfully uploading his birth certificate. There is no support from your end

@1mgOfficial You just lost a customer. Thanks. I was already paying you 2400 for booking a test, you are so hungry for money that after proceeding for making the payment, you then show slot booking and charge for it. This step seem quite clear from your end to ‘force’ consumers, to extort.
