@SAS Having to wait 17 days for a refund on a full flex ticket is horrible customer service. First you said 7 days, then 9 business days. And today you added another 5 when I called CS. It's 2026 now. Wake up.

@SAS Hello, again. SAS app and my account (website) show as one flight of 2 to my destination has been cancelled, there is no option to make a new flight to the destination I was connecting with SAS again from Copenhagen. No help with refund yet, how soon will I be able to apply?
