I’m staying at a stately home and this lovely little A2 is in the grounds. Such a shame as it looks like it’s been abandoned. I’m going to try and buy it off the owner and bring it back to life. I wonder if it was the Lady’s of the house one titled owner from new?

That’s the Corniche off for her leather to be re-connolised. Very excited to see her brought back to her former glory! Trying to decide if I should keep the exterior original or have some bits painted to make her mint.

@Carsofglasgow1 Q3 is a very nice car. We have a few nice cars. We use them all though. They all cover about 1,000 miles a year. Some of them much more. I’ve got an M3 competition for a modern drive. Love the older cars though. They are my era. CL and S4 are 19. BMW is 31

@Carsofglasgow1 It’s been great. It’s not for the faint hearted. I had a parking break actuator fail at the last MOT. The OEM part was about £700 and fitting on top. My local performance dealer does a great job on my cars. Just bought an S4 and a classic BMW for my collection. Pictures soon

Dropped a friend of the family off at Luton Airport today in the big 7, horrible weather but these barges just cosset you the whole time regardless, one reason I love them so much 😊 444 miles on this tank of Petrol (Esso again) so far and 1/4 of a tank left, I know I’m used to V8’s and V12’s but this seems strangely frugal for an older Petrol 6 Cylinder 🤷‍♂️

@Carsofglasgow1 85K miles. FSH. This year’s job is to do paint correction on it. It’s not bad, it just needs to be brought up a level or two. Love cars of that era. It’s on a private plate so it’s only petrol heads that know it’s 19yrs old this year.

@ListerLawrence Our sheep moved mid Feb. Crop looks great. We’ve put fertiliser on and grass is now growing. In our other “growth” business, Sacred Falls is in foal to Rajasinghe

@vikingskobo We removed our sheep on Jan 5th this year so we could get a better crop.

First cut of the year on the farm, collecting the silage tomorrow - then i’ll be free for my favourite part of the year… doing doughnuts driving around the land 😁😁

I’ve earmarked 14 cars that are up for auction soon! The truth is that we’ve got 177 cars across Lister stock and my own collection and I want to slim down to fewer cars to make it more manageable. Also I’d like to move into higher end stock at the Lister Collection.
