@nextofficial I have seal bags I can place them in to protect them on transit if this helps?

@nextofficial hi I was going to return some items via evri. Some of the clothes I tried on I no longer have the individual plastic bags it came in as they got binned. Can I still return via evri or will this be a problem? All other packaging like tags etc are on the clothes

@AvantiWestCoast hello we bought an off peak return but looks like we will miss the 13.30 today that we had booked from Euston to Preston due to issues with the tube. Are our tickets valid on any other services today? We are route to Euston currently

@virginmedia No there is no reference. Service checker confirms I have no connection but when I call the service checker number it says no issues in the area but I’ve had texts throughout the day confirming that there is an issue
