As part of Dementia Action week I supported the @BSOrchestra by visiting wards across the hospital to see our patients for fun music engagement @AllambyNatasha @vikkitweedy @DCHFT #dementia 🎵

Today was the start of #DementiaActionWeek @DCHFT Today I had 11 referrals to see patients across the hospital that needed assessment and supportive care planning! I ❤️ my job! #TeamDCH #DementiaCare #ANP
