The Supreme Court recently ruled menstrual health is a fundamental right in India. 🩸 68 million girls miss school every year because of their period. This is why we built @PeeSafe. Today isn’t just a legal win. It’s personal. Full story here 👇 linkedin.com/posts/vikkivik…

Women aren’t just holding back ideas at work. They’re holding back their entire voice. I’ve seen it too many times while building Pee Safe Brilliant women softening sharp opinions. Adding “Sorry, Just My Two Cents” before sharing gold. Qualifying every bold thought with “Maybe I’m Wrong, But…....” Not because they lack confidence. But because the room has conditioned them to shrink. Research backs this up, studies show women are far more likely to self-censor at work, especially in leadership roles, out of fear of being seen as “Too Aggressive” or “Difficult.” That’s not just unfair. It’s a massive loss for Teams, for Innovation, for Progress. That’s exactly why we’re launching Unmute with Pee Safe. Because true empowerment isn’t only about feeling safe in public spaces about feeling safe to speak Loudly, Clearly, Unapologetically in every room. As leaders (and as humans), we have one job this Women’s Day season: Create spaces where women never feel the need to edit themselves. Where ambition comes without disclaimers. Where voices that have been muted for too long finally get turned up. To every woman reading this (and to every ally): * Your voice doesn’t need permission. * Your ideas don’t need qualifiers. * Your ambition is allowed to be loud. Unmute it. Starting today. Watch the Unmute trailer below—what’s one thing you’ve held back at work that you’re ready to say out loud? Drop it in the comments. Let’s start the conversation. 🔥

Indu’s justice system needs an overhaul. Small minor commercial case has been dragging on for 3 years. And when th final hearing date arrived - the judge got transferred. And the new judge wants to start from the beginning. 👀

Femtech startup @PeeSafe has secured $32 Mn (INR 290 Cr) in its Series C round from Netmeds-backer OrbiMed in a mix of primary and secondary share sale.👇 Pee Safe said that the fresh capital will be used to expand its offline retail footprint, strengthen brand-led marketing, while also expanding rapidly across quick commerce and leading marketplaces. “This investment enables us to significantly deepen our offline distribution while also accelerating momentum across quick commerce and ecommerce, allowing us to reach more consumers at scale,” Pee Safe cofounder Rithish Kumar said. In addition to the capital infusion, OrbiMed’s Dr Sunny Sharma and Sumona Chakraborty will join Pee Safe’s board. Founded in 2013 by Vikas Bagaria and Srijana Bagaria, Pee Safe was launched to bring affordable sanitary solutions with body-friendly products that focus largely on reducing health and wellness complications for women. Kumar joined as a cofounder of the brand in 2017. Read the full article here- 4-2.co/4pI8TNE #news #Inc42 #femtech #tech #funding #investment #expansion #businessnews #business #India #OFS

Couldn’t agree more! I started @PeeSafe, a brand that’s all about bold, Gen-Z energy at the age of 44. For me, the game changer was sheer discipline and consistently showing up, day after day. Experience brings that grit, which can sometimes be harder to harness when you’re younger and juggling a million exciting possibilities. Proof it’s never too late to build something iconic.

Its not too late to start a company at 35-40 years of age. I might argue it may be the best time to.

@alwaysalkagoel All the big and famous podcasts ask for money, not directly but to invest in distribution. Which is same as asking for a fee. This should be clearly mentioned as a sponsored podcast.

Is it true that podcasts are charging many of their guests for money ? Shouldn’t that be said clearly on the podcasts where money has exchanged hands between the guest and the interviewer ?

As an investor, profiting from a scam company feels like a tainted win, initial gains overshadowed by betrayal and eroded trust. The real gut punch is watching those same fraudsters secure fresh funding amid rampant nepotism in India’s startup scene, as seen in cases like BluSmart and GoMechanic. It demands tougher due diligence, regulatory clamps and zero tolerance for repeats to safeguard the ecosystem.
