केरल में पूरे 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस की सरकार बनने जा रही है. केरल में कांग्रेस की कामयाबी भी अभूतपूर्व है, लेकिन कांग्रेस में जश्न नहीं मन रहा है. इस दुख में कि BJP बंगाल कैसे जीत गई? अपनी सफलता में खुश होने की बजाय दूसरों की सफलता से जलन करना इसे ही कहते है. ममता बनर्जी का 15 सालों का शासन था, बंगाल कांग्रेस के लोग बेहद खुश हैं क्योंकि कई जगहों पर TMC के लोगों ने उनके दफ्तर पर क़ब्ज़ा कर लिया था, जिसे अब छुड़ाया जा रहा है. सोशल मीडिया पर कई तस्वीरें देखी. लेकिन दिल्ली से बंगाल कांग्रेस को कहा जा रहा है ख़ुशी मत मनाइये🤦🏻‍♀️ (( यकीनन दिल्ली कांग्रेस को इस बात का डर होगा कि एक बार बीजेपी किसी राज्य की सत्ता में आ गई तो जल्दी जाती नहीं है, और बंगाल तो 42 लोकसभा सीटों के साथ बेहद महत्वपूर्ण राज्य है ))

आपके सवाल पढ़ने के बाद मैंने आपका प्रोफाइल चेक किया और पाया कि आप @ndtv यानी @gautam_adani यानी मोदी जी की नौकरी करते है तो ऐसा सवाल पूछना लाज़मी है। वैसे आप 598 पेज की ट्रायल कोर्ट की जजमेंट पढ़ लेते और उस पर एक दिन अपने चैनल पर डिबेट रखते तो अच्छा होता, और उस डिबेट में मुझे बुलाइए तो आप पत्रकार कहलाने लायक हो नहीं तो आपको लोग जो कह रह रहे है वो आप जानते ही हो! जय हिन्द!

The angst against @raghav_chadha is not because he left AAP. Many left AAP as they were upset with Arvind Kejriwal. The 7 of them could have left AAP and forged a separate group. They could have joined Congress or TMC or any other group. In the past 5 years, AAP and its leaders were harassed and jailed by BJP. For every AAP person, BJP was the abuser, the enemy. To that extent, no AAP leader could sleep with the enemy. Raghav Chadha moved away from AAP and joined BJP as he wanted to be in power, enjoy power of a politician. It was all about being in power. What Raghav Chadha projected of himself and what he has done are the exact opposite. He sold himself as a young idealist politician and what emerged from the facade will put even the worst politician to shame. Raghav Chadha will lose, big time..

In all humility and with complete respect for judiciary, I have written the following letter to Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma, informing her that pursuing Gandhian principles of Satyagraha, it won’t be possible for me to pursue this case in her court, either in person or through a counsel. I have taken this difficult decision after coming to the clear conclusion that the proceedings being conducted in her court do not, in any manner, satisfy the fundamental principle that ‘justice must not only be done but must also be seen to be done’. My participation in these proceedings, either myself or through a counsel will not achieve anything meaningful.

मेरे पिता जी ज्यूडिशियरी में रहे हैं . थोड़ी -बहुत समझ मुझे भी है . मैंने कई ऐसे मौके देखे हैं , जब किसी जज पर कोई पक्ष उनकी निष्पक्षता पर जरा शक करता है तो जज ख़ुद ही ऐसे मामलों की सुनवाई से अलग हो जाते हैं . कई बार जज इसलिए किसी सुनवाई से ख़ुद को अलग कर लेते हैं कि उनपर कोई आरोप न लगे या उनकी मंशा पर कोई संदेह न हो . लोअर कोर्ट से अपर कोर्ट की ऐसी दर्जनों मिसालें हैं . यहां तो देख रहा हूं कि इतने सवाल खड़े होने के बाद भी जज ने तय कर लिया है कि उन्हें इस मामले से अलग नहीं होना है . बल्कि सुनवाई भी करनी है और फैसला भी देना है .

अगर तुम्हारी कोई विचारधारा नहीं, तो लानत है तुम्हारी राजनीति पर ! सच यह है की चाहे पत्रकार हो या राजनेता- बीजेपी से वही सवाल कर सकता है जिसकी अलमारी या किसी बैंक अकाउंट में कोई राज़ न छुपे हों ! अगर आपकी भूख , आपका लालच-आपकी राजनीति की दिशा तय करती है- तो पर्दे के पीछे काम करने वाले बहुत दलाल हैं. मुझे तरस आता है AAP के उन कार्यकर्ताओं पर जो उसे defend करने के लिए भिड़ जाते थे . एक युवा राजनेता को अपनी विरासत की चिंता होनी चाहिए. इतिहास तुम्हें एक मौकापरस्त इंसान के तौर पर याद रखेगा जिसने लोकतंत्र को कुचलने वाली ताकतों के साथ हाथ मिला लिया( आगे हो ही जाएगा) . मगर थोड़ा डर क्या दिखा दिया - दिखा दी असलियत!

आम आदमी पार्टी के नेतृत्व का यह अधिकार है कि वह अपने संसदीय दल का नेता नियुक्त करे, लेकिन जिस तरह सांसद राघव चड्ढा को न केवल राज्यसभा में पार्टी के उपनेता पद से हटाया गया है, बल्कि पार्टी ने राज्यसभा सचिवालय से यह भी अनुरोध किया है कि उन्हें सदन में बोलने का समय न दिया जाए, उससे स्पष्ट है कि राघव चड्ढा ने अरविंद केजरीवाल के अराजक और भ्रष्ट नेतृत्व से दूरी बना ली है। पहले सुश्री स्वाति मालीवाल और अब राघव चड्ढा, जो आम आदमी पार्टी की नींव रहे हैं, अरविंद केजरीवाल से दूर हो गए हैं। संभव है कि कुछ अन्य लोग भी आम आदमी पार्टी के दैनिक कार्यों से दूरी बना चुके हों। बेहतर होता कि अरविंद केजरीवाल नैतिक जिम्मेदारी दिखाते हुए सुश्री स्वाति मालीवाल और राघव चड्ढा को पार्टी से निष्कासित कर देते, लेकिन हम सभी जानते हैं कि केजरीवाल एक कमजोर नेता हैं, जिनमें विपक्ष का सामना करने का साहस नहीं है—चाहे वह विपक्षी दलों से हो या पार्टी के भीतर से- प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री @Virend_Sachdeva
