The elderly is fragile and can easily lose balance. And a mother carrying a baby is also under strain. Here’s the truth… It’s not about who looks weakest. @nxcare Thank you so much. I really appreciate you concern. I also have another open ticket to London for the 23rd but due to the devastation of not having my family, I am not in the right frame of mind to travel. Could this also be refunded? 1 adult for the 23rd. Ticket no EUJEE042.

@nxcare but was told it has to be requested within 48hours. Please how would have known that Turkish airline won't fly into the UK? I am devastated right now as my family are stranded in Turkey and I will be losing 92 pounds on a National Express ticket which I didn't use.
