@MAS hi mas airline. I just found out my father e-voucher redeem by someone else. Then I go to nu sentral mas office to check out. And they say already redeemed by someone same name with my father. They use all the point for the family go langkawi flight at November.

I ask the office what can I do and they give me the booking person hp number and tell me to call he settle ourself. Mas office say cannot do anything if the flight already book. Can you help me with this. Is not a small amount money.
