What happened at UTSA's Pro Day on Wednesday was insane, and I don't see anyone talking about it:
Kicker (!!) Jaffer Murphy was clocked as low as 4.47 in the 40-yard dash and made a 70-yard FG. He also made 12 of his 13 attempts.
Murphy spoke with over a dozen teams, I'm told.

#Eagles S Reed Blankenship in 2025, per @PFF. • 39.9 PFF grade (3rd worst) • 30.1 PFF coverage grade (2nd worst) • 20/30 (66.7%) • 277 yards allowed • 3 touchdowns allowed • 115.6 passer rating allowed • 1 interception • 1 PBU I’m skeptical of some of PFF’s charting and I don’t think Blankenship has been nearly as bad as these grades may say, but he has been pretty disappointing in 2025. Has potentially cost himself some money.

Reed Blankenship gets 3/$24.75M from the Houston Texans. He went from the last player at his position as an undrafted rookie to making the roster as a special teams contributor, to starter, to key contributor, to defensive captain. It's an outstanding story and somebody the Eagles valued. But the Eagles have mostly avoided that $8M range, and with a number of young players up for extensions, they expected defections. He's a good player who earned a bigger deal. The Eagles now need a new starting safety.
