Hermes has been great for cron jobs, probably the best I’ve used so far. But for personal and group chats, I still can’t get it to work reliably: random timeouts, no replies, and it doesn’t seem able to recover on its own. I’ve tried tuning compression/compaction both ways. What am I doing wrong? How do I make replies faster and more consistent?
