Champions. Still trying to find the right words for this feeling. There’s something special about slipping on this brand new authentic 2026/27 shirt with the gold “Champions 26” on the back, knowing everything it represents for those of us who’ve lived through every high, every near miss, and every difficult season. Still numb, quietly smiling to myself. What a time to be a Gooner. 🔴⚪🏆 Arsenal #Arsenal #EPL #Football @highlight @Arsenal @AFTVMedia @Arsenalnewschan #Gunners

Nobody deserved that moment less than Gabriel. Football can be brutally unfair sometimes. A penalty shootout can turn on a single kick, but it can never erase everything that came before it. He has been immense all season, leading from the front, putting his body on the line and giving absolutely everything for the badge. One missed penalty does not change that. We are hurting tonight, but we are still Champions of England, and Gabriel remains one of the biggest reasons why. Hold your head high, big man. Every Arsenal supporter knows exactly what you have done for this club. ❤️

“Why argue with an Arsenal fan when you can just wait?” We waited. We won. We are champions of England - and we are just one game away from being crowned champions of Europe. Read my piece on what Arsenal means to me here: nytimes.com/athletic/73154…

The story of Harrison Ford is not merely another Hollywood tale dressed up as inspiration. It is a reminder that some lives are not delayed. They are being formed. Before the fame, before the mythology, before the world knew his name, Ford spent years working as a carpenter. Not as a charming side note to success, but as the plain reality of his life. He shaped wood, built cabinets, worked with his hands, and lived through the ordinary discipline of days that offered no applause. That is what makes the story powerful. His path was not glamorous, hurried, or neatly arranged for public admiration. It was patient. It was practical. It was lived. The years that looked like obscurity were quietly producing the man who would later carry success with weight, restraint, and presence. We live in an age that mistakes speed for progress and visibility for achievement. People panic when life does not move quickly enough, when doors do not open on demand, when the dream seems to be taking the longer road. Yet often the long road is not the punishment. It is the preparation. Every honest season has its work. The waiting years teach discipline. The quiet years strip away vanity. The difficult years reveal whether the dream is real or simply an appetite for recognition. What feels like delay may be the very place where character is being built. Success that arrives too early can flatter a person before it has strengthened them. But the person who has endured the slow climb carries something deeper than ambition. They carry patience, humility, craft, and the private knowledge that they did not stumble into the light unformed. As Ryan Holiday said, “Lengthen your timeline. It always takes longer than you think it’s going to take.” That is not a warning. It is a truth worth living with. Keep working. Keep learning. Keep becoming. Some stories are not late. They are simply being written properly. #Resilience #Patience #NeverGiveUp ~Vinthoughts

What struck me about President @duma_boko’s remarks was not simply the discussion of divorce, but the deeper question of human freedom, dignity, and the strange hypocrisy around relationships. Two people can meet, fall in love, marry, invite families, sign papers, exchange vows, and no one demands proof that they fully understand love, maturity, compatibility, emotional intelligence, or whether those feelings will endure for the next forty years. Yet when those same two human beings grow apart, become emotionally disconnected, or realise that the relationship has reached its natural end, society suddenly demands reasons, evidence, blame, and almost a public trial of pain. That is where violence often begins, not always physical violence, but emotional coercion, possession, threats, asset warfare, humiliation, and the refusal to let another adult leave with dignity. Love is not ownership, and marriage should never become a life sentence because property, pride, children, reputation, or wounded ego are involved. No one serious celebrates divorce casually, but where peace, connection, companionship, and shared purpose have gone, there must be a mature way to unwind that chapter without cruelty. Sometimes dignity is not found in forcing people to stay, but in allowing two adults to honour what they once built, accept what has changed, and let go without bitterness, coercion, or destruction. #marriages #divorce

President of Botswana 🇧🇼 Duma Boko stunned the audience after stopping midway through his speech to deliver a brutal but powerful lecture on relationships, loyalty, and trust.

The #NHS must not dress up a workforce problem as an AI solution The NHS should not dress up a workforce problem as an AI solution. A recent report in The Times suggests the health service may employ significantly fewer doctors and nurses by 2035, with greater reliance on artificial intelligence to absorb administrative workload. The real debate is not about the technology at all. It is about whether productivity gains will be used to strengthen clinical capacity or to justify reducing future workforce growth. AI has a legitimate and valuable role. Used well, it can remove a great deal of wasted time from the system — helping with records, documentation, chronology, risk flags, complaints, triage, correspondence, coding and audit requirements. Few clinicians would object to better tools for these tasks. Yet healthcare is not an information-processing exercise. It remains a profoundly human endeavour, dependent on judgement, presence, instinct, experience, empathy, accountability and the ability to navigate uncertainty. These are not administrative functions. They are the substance of care — and they cannot be automated. The danger lies not in the technology itself, but in the temptation to confuse efficiency with capacity, and productivity with resilience. If AI releases clinicians from bureaucracy so they can do the work only they can do, it will be one of the most valuable advances the NHS has seen in decades. If it becomes a rationale for employing fewer clinicians, we may discover that a health service can become more efficient on paper while growing more fragile in practice. The test is simple: does it improve care, protect patients and support clinicians — or does it merely make under-resourcing look innovative? #UK #Health

This is the cold, unrelenting fury every thinking citizen must face without flinching. Stop kneeling before this brutal regime that impoverishes you, humiliates you daily, and trains you to cheer your own misery with songs, slogans, and pathetic scraps. This is not accidental national decline. You are trapped in a deliberate system of organised looting, shielded by fear, silence, and disgusting bootlicking. The real horror is not even the corruption anymore. It is the educated fools who have normalised this decay, defended gross incompetence, and convinced themselves that bare survival equals freedom. History shows zero mercy to populations that trade their dignity for crumbs, patronage, and self-deception. Rage or remain slaves forever.😡
