35+很难， 主要原因还是因为我们很难跟得这个时代的发展。 怎么才能跟得上， 在我看来，首先要有很好的思考框架，能够有基本能力，可以让我判断历史和科技发展正在向哪里驶去。 很多和我一样在职场打拼的人，不停的打工，不停的加班， 最终会导致我们没有时间去学习、读书， 也没有时间和精力去研究科技和历史发展的规律，亦或者有点时间，也都拿来去刷短视频了。 这会导致我们的眼界变窄，我们只会关注公司里的那点人和事，却忽视了个人的职业发展不仅仅依赖公司的小平台，也与历史科技发展的趋势密切相关。 24岁大学毕业， 工作十年，刚刚进入到一个领导岗位，正好赶上经济下行的周期、AI 重塑整个世界， 不巧的时候， 我们人到中年，已无法像年轻人一样，去拼体力。 说到底，究其原因是，世界在变，而我们没有变。 不得不承认，是我们落后了。
