No point, even though @AkasaAir processed the @goibibo since last 2 months not providing refund even though I followed them with multiple times. Such a bad experience never booking via goibibo and specially not akasaair

pay double?
@AkasaAir cancelled my flight citing “winter season schedule.” IndiGo & Air India are flying at the same time. Akasa itself has a 9:30 AM flight the same day but refused to reschedule. Fares are now doubled. No compensation. Disappointing.

None of them were able to do it.

Faced a payment issue on @ZeptoNow where the amount was deducted, but the order wasn't placed. Looked into it and found they rely solely on @gocashfree as their payment gateway. At your scale, having a backup PG like @Razorpay or @Paytm is essential to avoid such issues.
