Dr. Gaspard trekked 2 hours into Volcanoes National Park #Rwanda for a routine health check on Isimbi group. He was able to observe all #gorillas of the group and verified that their overall health status was good. #WellnessWednesday

Dr. Gaspard is pleased to report that all members of Hirwa group are in good health. He was especially happy to see infant Igikombe (pictured w/ his mother)! Igikombe was treated by @GorillaDoctors for a serious respiratory infection last year--he's since made a full recovery!
