Totally fine (and understandable) that Aoun doesn’t want to meet Bibi. Maybe his gamble pays out and he signs with Bennett.
But, photo ops aside, President Aoun has to start doing something about Hezbollah.

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun has reportedly informed Washington that he is not interested in meeting Israeli PM Netanyahu at the start of negotiations, but rather at their end. According to Lebanese MTV News, if the negotiations succeed, they would be concluded with a meeting between Aoun and Netanyahu, under the sponsorship of Trump. MTV News says the Trump administration understands Aoun’s reservations regarding a meeting with Netanyahu at this early stage in the negotiations, and close sources expect the White House will soon set a date for Aoun to meet Trump at the White House.

🇱🇧 12-Year-Old Girl Messages Israeli Army Spokesman Asking to Bomb Her School A 12-year-old student at Choueifat National College sent a message to Israeli Army spokesman Avichay Adraee claiming there were weapons inside her school and asking him to strike it – because she didn’t want to attend classes. Following the message, Israeli drones flew over the area, causing panic among residents. The school administration has demanded a security investigation with the girl and her family, and issued a statement warning that anyone committing illegal acts or harming the school’s reputation will face legal action.
