I am disabled and live on benefits. Every pound matters. I placed order 442448087 on 10 April 2026 for £320.90. I did not want a refund — I wanted my order. My 12 cats depend on this food. Half the order never arrived. £159.62 worth of cat food and a pet carrier — simply never dispatched. DPD tracking 15503534439688 confirms the parcel never left their warehouse. Not lost in transit. Never sent. For 10 days zooplus lied to me. First they said they had "contacted the courier for urgent delivery" — lie. Then they called it "lost in transit" — lie. Every response was a new excuse designed to buy time. They treated a 10-day failure like it happened yesterday. I trusted them. I thought they would be honest. They were not. They lied repeatedly, without shame. I had to send a formal Letter Before Action citing Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Hadley v Baxendale before they would even admit the parcel was never sent. Then instead of sending my order as I requested — they cancelled it without my consent and issued a credit note. Still no refund has appeared on my PayPal. Several of my cats suffered vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation due to the forced diet change caused entirely by their failure. No apology. No compensation. Nothing.
